Conditions
Data Protection Act: It is a condition of your membership of the Society that you agree to your name, address (& email address) and membership number being held on a computer database. This is essential for administrative purposes and will be used by the Society solely for such purposes.
These details will also be published in the society’s journal and annual membership lists to facilitate the exchange of genealogical information between members. It is also a condition of your membership that you agree explicitly that any material you contribute to the Society for inclusion in its Genealogy Charts or Family Group Sheets be recorded in a computer database maintained by the Society. |
